Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub is hiring a senior technical product manager to own the technology powering nationwide healthcare delivery. You will bridge engineering, finance, account management and clients, shaping a scalable platform from prescription to patient delivery.

You will own the complete stack, e-prescribing rails, data pipelines, and automation strategies while driving cross-functional alignment and product strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading healthcare software at scale or related tech in regulated environments.
• Experience owning or building technology behind high-volume pharmacy/healthcare operations.
• CS or engineering background; proficient with APIs, data models, and event-driven systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the full technology stack for healthcare delivery from prescription to door.
• Oversee the order lifecycle and edge cases for timely patient care.
• Lead internal tooling to enable ops/pharmacy with end-to-end visibility.
• Define KPIs for the tech team's health and report progress to leadership.
• Ensure reliability and compliance with observability and auditability.
