Job summary

Correct Rx Pharmacy Services, Inc. is seeking a Program Operations Manager to lead the Massachusetts State Office for Pharmacy Services (SOPS) contract. This senior role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement across a high-volume healthcare environment.

You will supervise the Quality & Compliance Manager, oversee governance, KPI reporting, policy development, and vendor management, while mentoring teams and coordinating with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of leadership or management experience in healthcare operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop future leaders.
• Expert in compliance, CQI, KPI management, and regulatory oversight.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational governance and contract compliance across operations.
• Lead KPI management, scorecard reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Oversee Quality & Compliance programs and mentor the QA/Compliance Manager.
• Develop policies and drive continuous process improvement.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor performance.
• Use data analytics to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams and liaise with SOPS leadership.
