• Oversee and coach pharmacy team to ensure patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure safe prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures.
• Onboard and train new technicians and pharmacists in CVS workflows.
• Maintain oversight of inventory with emphasis on cold chain products.
