Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager in Pittsburgh, PA to lead Pharmacy Partner Coordination (PPC) teams and optimize patient experiences. The role focuses on SLAs, quality, and regulatory compliance while navigating complex pharmacy workflows.

You will drive performance, coach supervisors, and collaborate with Quality, Training, Compliance, IT, and Client Services to deliver exceptional outcomes for patients and partners in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience in scaling operations/production (healthcare tech or pharmacy preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy and patient service workflows to SLAs and productivity targets.
• Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment and shipping operations and escalation resolution.
• Monitor shipment pipelines and quality reports to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.
• Use data and KPIs to identify trends and inform leadership on operational health.
• Directly manage supervisors and specialists across two teams and coach performance.
