Job summary

Blink Health in Robinson Township, PA is seeking a Pharmacy Partner Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for our external pharmacy partners, ensuring timely shipping and billing inquiries align with company standards.

You will manage the investigation, reporting, and patient communication for claims of potential incidents, documenting data and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and improve logistics while upholding patient care commitments.

Qualifications

• At least three years of pharmacy experience with third-party claims.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; high school diploma acceptable.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment and operational mindset.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Advanced technical aptitude to quickly learn complex software.
• Experience mentoring or training other employees is a plus.
• Experience with Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal processing and shipping escalations and needs, including expedited shipping and reshipments.
• Identify orders pending shipment daily and follow up for resolution.
• Document data according to operating procedures.
• Collaborate with pharmacist team to resolve billing, clinical and inventory inquiries.
• Solve complex escalations to keep orders progressing as expected.
• Improve logistics by identifying inefficiencies and developing solutions.
• Review daily reporting to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
• Perform tasks safely and in compliance with policies and laws.
