Job summary

Blink Health in Pittsburgh is seeking a Pharmacist supervisor to oversee pharmacy technicians and support the pharmacy manager in daily workflow.

You will ensure accurate data entry by staff, maintain patient confidentiality, and supervise transfer of prescriptions while complying with state and federal laws. The role involves coordination with the St. Louis Pharmacy manager, New York leadership, and pharmacy technician teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy License in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians in support of the pharmacy manager and workflow.
• Oversee data entry by staff and ensure quality of work.
• Protect patient confidentiality and properly destroy records as required.
• Assist in handling calls from major pharmacy chains and independent pharmacies nationwide.
• Manage transfer of prescriptions end-to-end and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with regional managers in St. Louis, New York, and other sites.
