Job summary
Guardian Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a pharmacist to join our long-term care team in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will ensure safe, accurate dispensing, supervise technicians, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to support seniors and complex care needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Pharmacy) or PharmD. required.
- State Pharmacist License required without restrictions.
- 1+ years of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare medications for dispensing with accuracy and proper packaging.
- Review orders and cycle-fill medications for correctness.
- Verify legality and feasibility of dispensing based on allergies and interactions.
- Interpret prescription orders with professional judgment for patient safety.
- Adhere to Federal and State Board of Pharmacy regulations and compounding guidelines.
- Transfer prescriptions to other pharmacies as needed.
- Answer questions from patients, doctors, nurses, etc.
- Oversee technicians and provide performance feedback.
