Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with licensure in required states or willing to obtain multi-state licensure within six months.
• Five years of pharmacy experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience developing and leading pharmacy operations and handling confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to act as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) as needed for facility licensing and compliance.
• Experience analyzing data to identify issues and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance metrics for Centralized Services units.
• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge as required by facility licensing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local pharmacy laws and company policies.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant privacy practices and record-keeping.
• Mentor staff through onboarding, training and performance management.
• Manage customer service protocols and resolve escalated issues.
