Responsibilities

• Lead process development and optimization initiatives for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Design, specify, and implement new process equipment and technologies.
• Develop and execute validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing process issues and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure all processes comply with GMP, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, QA, R&D, and Maintenance.
• Develop and deliver training to technical staff on new processes and equipment.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Prepare technical reports, process flow diagrams, and documentation for regulatory submissions.
