About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, scale-up, and validate manufacturing processes for new and existing pharmaceutical products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex process-related issues to ensure efficient and reliable production.
• Implement process improvements to enhance yield, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Ensure all processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and R&D, to support product lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proven experience in process scale-up, validation, and technology transfer.
• Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
