Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Logistics Specialist for the Boulder site to manage domestic shipments of research materials, drug substances and products. The role requires coordinating milestones, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining temperature-controlled transport.

Responsibilities include improving tracking systems, partnering with CMOs and QA to drive CAPAs, and analyzing shipping costs while supporting global trade compliance and import/export activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with import/export requirements for GMP and raw materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for domestic Logistics for CMC Boulder.
• Ensure prompt shipment communications to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end movement of materials and products, including temp-sensitive.
• Lead continuous improvement and CAPA activities with QA and stakeholders.
• Review shipping costs, rates, and documentation for compliance.
