Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Boulder is seeking a Logistics Specialist to oversee domestic logistics for the CMC site, coordinating shipments of research materials, raw materials, drug substances and products. You’ll partner with QA, CMOs, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely delivery and temperature-controlled transport.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in pharma or related industry.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent Excel and data-tracking capabilities.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee domestic logistics for the Boulder site and act as primary shipment contact.
• Coordinate shipments of research materials, raw materials, drug substances and products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and trade requirements including import/export.
• Improve tracking systems and KPIs for shipments; collaborate with CMOs and QA.
• Support continuous improvement of shipping processes, cost analysis and inventory management.
