Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical agency experience.
• Team leadership and mentoring experience.
• Launch experience.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a wide variety of projects and team members.
• Experience managing client relationships and strong communication skills.
• Extensive experience in Veeva and Ziflow platforms.
• Strong financial management skills while adhering to budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Understand account dynamics and mobilize resources to meet client requirements.
• Liaise between the agency and client to establish goals, budget, and ensure quality, cost-effective solutions.
• Fiscal responsibility for client budget and expense reporting.
• Develop strategic marketing goals based on brand strategy and direction; analyze marketplace data.
• Build knowledge of disease space, competitive landscape, and industry trends; share learnings with teams.
• Identify upcoming challenges that may impact the client and address proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; lead and inspire the team to generate innovative ideas.
• Coach and mentor junior account team members to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
