Job summary

Fingerpaint Marketing, Inc. seeks a highly motivated Group Account Supervisor to lead marketing strategy across segments and steward client relationships with profitability oversight.

You will guide account teams from brief to delivery, ensuring quality work and strategic approvals. Travel to NJ clients is required periodically, and you will collaborate with senior leaders to drive multi-channel campaigns within regulatory and pharma contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 to 7 years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
• Active client service management, working directly with clients and executing projects.
• Demonstrate success in getting a brand through a whole cycle with varied experiences (POA, launch, positioning, new campaigns).

Responsibilities

• Oversee account team to drive and own assigned projects from brief development through deployment.
• Provide strategic direction and approvals at key stages of the creative process.
• Oversee contract development and staffing plan development and approval.
• Manage brand profitability by evaluating financial reports and ensuring projects stay within budget.
• Guide the client using deep knowledge of brands and therapeutic areas.
• Lead agency and client strategic sessions; share outputs with the team.
• Manage junior staff and develop their skills.
