Qualifications

• 3-4 years of pharmaceutical agency experience.
• Proven supervisory experience and mentoring skills.
• Experience nurturing client relationships.
• Outstanding communication skills: oral, written, and interpersonal.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day voice of the agency team.
• Lead the development of client projects and drive delivery.
• Mentor Account Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Translate client needs to the cross-functional team and manage timelines.
