Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to lead global, regional, and country forecasts for strategic decision-making. You will develop and validate forecasting models, analyze historical data, and present insights to senior leadership.

The role requires 10+ years in pharma forecasting, strong TA expertise, and basic Python proficiency to support forecasting activities within EY’s Pharma Customer practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting and analytics.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing forecasting models.
• Deep TA expertise in Oncology, Vaccines, Immunology, Rare Diseases, or related.
• Proficiency with forecasting tools such as SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI.
• Basic Python proficiency to support forecasting activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term brand forecasts.
• Conduct franchise, regional, and country-level forecasting.
• Apply quantitative techniques and sensitivity analyses to forecast challenges.
• Build and validate forecasting models and recommend methods.
• Analyze historical performance and market drivers to improve accuracy.
• Prepare concept notes, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Present findings to senior leadership to support decisions.
• Leverage Python and analytics tools to automate forecasting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement with best practices and new technologies.
