Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to join our cross-functional team in the United States. You will deliver forecasts at global, regional, and country levels and work with senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of pharmaceutical forecasting experience with strong TA expertise and basic Python proficiency to support forecasting and analytics. EY offers a team-driven hybrid work model and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical forecasting experience.
• Strong therapeutic area expertise across Oncology, Vaccines, Immunology, Rare Diseases or other pharma domains.
• Ability to develop forecasting assumptions and prepare concept notes.
• Basic proficiency in Python for forecasting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term brand forecasts.
• Analyze trends and market drivers to improve forecast accuracy.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights.
• Present recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver forecasting solutions.
