Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to join our Pharma Customer practice. You will deliver forecasts at global, regional, and country levels, partnering with cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions.

The role requires 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting, TA expertise, and basic Python proficiency to automate analytics. You’ll build models, prepare presentations, and mentor colleagues while advancing EY’s capabilities in life sciences

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharma forecasting, analytics, and business analysis experience.
• Strong therapeutic area expertise in oncology, vaccines, immunology or rare diseases.
• Ability to develop forecasting assumptions and create concept notes.
• Proficiency in forecasting and analytics platforms; Python for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term brand forecasts.
• Conduct forecasting across global, regional, and country levels.
• Apply quantitative techniques and sensitivity analyses.
• Build and enhance forecasting models with transparent assumptions.
• Analyze historical performance and drivers to improve accuracy.
• Prepare concepts, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Use Python to automate forecasting processes and analytics.
