• 10+ years of pharmaceutical forecasting experience.
• Strong therapeutic area expertise across oncology, vaccines, immunology, or rare diseases.
• Ability to develop forecasting assumptions, create concept notes, and prepare impactful presentations.
• Basic proficiency in Python to support forecasting and analytics activities.
• Experience delivering forecasts at global, regional, and country levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term brand forecasts to support strategic and operational planning.
• Conduct brand, franchise, regional, and country-level forecasting and provide actionable business insights.
• Apply quantitative and analytical techniques to forecast challenges and perform sensitivity analyses.
• Build, validate, and enhance forecasting models and recommend assumptions and methodologies.
• Analyze historical performance, market dynamics, and business drivers to improve forecast accuracy.
• Prepare concept notes, reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Present findings to internal stakeholders and senior leadership to support decisions.
• Leverage Python and analytics tools to automate forecasting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting best practices and new forecasting technologies.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights to leadership.
