Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to deliver global, regional, and country forecasts within a cross‑functional team. The role requires 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting, strong TA expertise, and the ability to develop forecasting assumptions and compelling presentations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical forecasting experience
• Strong therapeutic area expertise (TA) in Oncology, Vaccines, Immunology, Rare Diseases or related fields
• Ability to develop forecasting assumptions, create concept notes and prepare presentations
• Basic proficiency in Python to support forecasting and analytics

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short‑ and long‑term brand forecasts for strategic and operational planning
• Conduct forecasting at brand, franchise, regional and country levels
• Apply quantitative/analytic methods and perform sensitivity analyses
• Build, validate and enhance forecasting models and select appropriate assumptions
• Analyze historical performance, market dynamics and drivers to improve forecast accuracy
• Prepare concept notes, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership
• Present findings to internal stakeholders and senior leaders to enable decisions
• Leverage Python and analytics tools to automate forecasting processes
• Drive continuous improvement with best practices and emerging forecasting tech
