Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline and relevant experience.
• Strong therapeutic area expertise and forecasting background across global markets.
• Proficiency in forecasting tools such as SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short‑term and long‑term brand forecasts to support strategic and operational planning.
• Conduct brand, franchise, regional, and country‑level forecasting with insights and recommendations.
• Apply quantitative and analytical techniques to forecast challenges and perform sensitivity analyses.
• Build, validate, and enhance forecasting models and determine appropriate assumptions.
• Analyze historical performance, market dynamics, and drivers to improve forecast accuracy.
• Prepare concept notes, reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Present findings to internal stakeholders and senior leadership to support decisions.
• Leverage Python and analytics tools to automate forecasting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting best practices and emerging forecasting technologies.
