Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy in count and labeling.
• Ensure all team members follow safety protocols, policies, and government regulations.
• Identify and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs while enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Serve as communication link between associates and management; prepare KPI, lost sales, errors, and production reports.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, and termination processes as needed.
• Review associate performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
