Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical operations.
• 3 years of leadership/supervisory experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Associate degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse associates, monitoring performance and attendance.
• Coordinate workflow of picking, packing, and shipping to ensure accuracy and deadlines.
• Perform quality inspections on outgoing orders and products for accuracy in count and labeling.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, policies, and government regulations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
