Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff within the work area to ensure duties are performed per standards.
• Support Management with day-to-day DC operations to achieve business targets.
• Train new DC associates and ensure safety compliance.
• Run nightly reports on error and production; assist in process improvements.
• Coordinate material delivery to production lines per schedules.
