Medline Industries, LP seeks a Distribution Center Operations Leader to oversee resources and streamlined processes for a large-complex distribution center operation. You will manage day-to-day receiving, storage, picking, packing, and loading of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include leading HR processes at the local facility, ensuring OSHA compliance, controlling expenses, and partnering with sales to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of management experience leading warehouse teams.
• Alternate: High school diploma with 7+ years of management experience.
• Experience scaling operations in large distribution centers preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day receiving, storing, picking, packing, and loading of orders.
• Establish procedures for verification of shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Lead and measure daily processes to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Support sales leadership with customer service and issue resolution.
• Manage HR processes locally, including staffing, performance, and training.
• Ensure safety practices and OSHA compliance across the facility.
• Control expenses and preserve assets in DC operations.
• Communicate effectively and lead through multiple managers/supervisors.
