Wabtec in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, shipping, and inventory controls within a regulated pharmaceutical distribution setting. The role requires 8+ years in warehouse leadership and 8+ years in related distribution functions, with strong attention to regulatory compliance.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM and a salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant pharmaceutical distribution experience will be considered.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations, shipping activities, and inventory workflows.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards, company policies, and safety procedures.
Monitor order fulfillment, product routing, and on-time customer deliveries.
Oversee shipping documentation and coordinate transfers between departments.
Track delivery progress and resolve operational issues to maintain service levels.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop warehouse associates.
Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and drive team productivity.
Maintain quality standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
