Job summary

Lucid Group is seeking a Copy Supervisor with strong pharmaceutical experience to lead the development of strategically grounded copy and creative for a key client partnership. This hands-on role focuses on promotional copy and DTC disease state education across multiple channels, with HCPl work as needed.

You will own copy development from concept to delivery, collaborate across disciplines, and help maintain consistency and strategic integrity in a fast-moving account.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a copywriter or creative within an advertising, marketing, or integrated agency environment.
• Strong pharmaceutical or healthcare experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, writing craft, and executional excellence across multiple channels.
• Ability to connect creative ideas and messaging to strategic and brand objectives.
• Solid understanding of agency workflows and collaborative project delivery.
• Experience mentoring junior writers within a creative team.
• Confident communicator with experience presenting work internally and to clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality copy for DTC and HCP audiences across integrated pharmaceutical marketing campaigns and communications.
• Translate complex clinical, scientific, and strategic information into clear, compelling creative that supports brand objectives.
• Own copy development across projects from concept through execution, maintaining high craftsmanship, accuracy, and consistency.
• Partner with Art, Account, Strategy, Medical, and Project Management to develop integrated creative solutions and move work from concept to delivery.
• Contribute to concept development and creative ideation with a strong understanding of the HCP or DTC audience.
• Present and discuss creative work with internal teams and clients, explaining the thinking and rationale behind copy recommendations.
• Respond constructively to client, medical, legal, and regulatory feedback while protecting creative integrity.
• Maintain consistency of brand voice, messaging, and creative standards across channels.
• Review and provide feedback on copy from other writers to strengthen the work and support junior talent growth.
• Take active role in the broader creative team, helping adapt to shifting priorities.
