Citrus Health Group is seeking a Copy Supervisor to develop high-quality copy across accounts. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with medical, account, and internal teams, leveraging a PharmD to craft data-driven content.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in pharmaceutical and market access and/or payer copywriting
• Experience in an agency environment or with high-profile brands
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Advertising, Communications, Marketing or related field (PharmD encouraged)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of copywriting and conceptual skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Write clinical, market access, payer marketing, and patient engagement copy for multiple brands
• Develop copy aligned with brand payer and patient support strategies
• Prepare client submissions with style/guideline references and annotations
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and deadline adherence
• Coordinate with Project and Account Management on timing
• Collaborate with Designers to visualize data/information
• Stay current with industry practices and regulatory requirements
• Mentor junior writers and manage work allocations
• Communicate status to Creative Director and clients
• Provide guidance on resourcing needs to Creative Director
