Job summary

LaSalle Network seeks a Senior Consultant in Life Sciences Data and Analytics to support pharma commercial analytics initiatives, including forecasting, patient analytics, and market access.

You will work with major pharmaceutical datasets to deliver actionable insights, lead junior analysts, and present findings to stakeholders. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity in the Life Sciences data practice.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of pharma commercial analytics consulting experience.
• Ability to own analytical workstreams with limited supervision.
• Advanced SQL skills with large longitudinal claims datasets.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of R/SAS/Spark is a plus.
• Strong data modeling and patient-level analytics understanding.
• Experience with cohort construction and time-series/predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for visualization.
• Direct experience withIQVIA, Symphony Health, Komodo, Merative, Optum, etc.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute complex analyses across pharma commercial workstreams.
• Build patient journeys using longitudinal claims and prescription data.
• Conduct segmentation and targeting analyses for brand/portfolio strategy.
• Support forecasting using patient-based, analog-based, or epidemiology methods.
• Analyze commercial performance and translate findings into recommendations.
• Manage junior analysts and review their work for quality and accuracy.
• Present insights clearly to client stakeholders.
