Job summary

MathCo is seeking an experienced Customer Success Leader to drive strategic analytics engagements for Patient Services and Specialty Pharma. You will translate business challenges into analytics solutions and manage senior client stakeholders.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics to deliver measurable outcomes and improve patient outcomes. This client-facing role requires strong communication and leadership at the top levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or CS.
• Master's degree preferred; 8+ years in pharmaceutical analytics or related roles.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements on Patient Services Analytics and specialty pharmacy challenges.
• Partner with Patient Services, Market Access, Commercial, and Brand stakeholders to identify analytics opportunities.
• Structure business problems, gather requirements, and design analytics solutions.
• Develop recommendations to improve patient outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams for implementation.
• Mentor team members and contribute to capability development.
