Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or CS.
  • Master's degree preferred; 8+ years in pharmaceutical analytics or related roles.
  • Experience leading client-facing engagements with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Leader to lead strategic analytics engagements focused on Patient Services and Specialty Pharma.
  • This role requires a strong blend of pharmaceutical domain expertise, consulting capabilities, stakeholder management, and advanced analytics experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the patient services ecosystem, including patient onboarding, script-to-fill conversion, adherence and persistence programs, hub services, specialty pharmacy operations, and patient support programs.
  • The candidate should be comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders, translating business challenges into analytics solutions, and driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven insights.
  • This is a highly client-facing position that requires strong communication, executive presence, and the ability to bridge business and analytics teams. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead client engagements focused on Patient Services Analytics and specialty pharmacy business challenges.
  • Partner with patient services, market access, commercial, and brand stakeholders to identify opportunities for analytics-driven decision-making.
  • Drive business problem structuring, requirements gathering, and solution design for patient support programs.
  • Develop strategic recommendations to improve patient outcomes and program effectiveness
  • Lead discussions with senior client stakeholders and present insights, findings, and business recommendations
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
  • Mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices across patient analytics and consulting engagements.
  • Support capability development, thought leadership, and innovation initiatives within the Patient Services Analytics practice.

Expertise/skills required

  • Deep understanding of specialty pharmacy and patient support program ecosystems.
  • Experience across enrollment, benefits verification (BV), prior authorization (PA), appeals, bridge/TAP programs, copay assistance, PAP, adherence, persistence, and refill management.
  • Understanding of hub services operating models, case management workflows, and field reimbursement manager (FRM) interactions.
  • Knowledge of patient access barriers and interventions across initiation, access, fulfillment, and adherence stages.
  • Experience designing patient services command centers, creating operational visibility across patient journeys, developing KPI frameworks and intervention engines, tracking patient access, initiation, fulfillment, and adherence performance through integrated dashboards, establishing closed-loop intervention frameworks.

Analytics & Insight Generation

  • Patient funnel analytics and drop-off identification.
  • Time-to-therapy optimization.
  • Benefits investigation and prior authorization performance analytics.
  • Adherence and persistence modeling, patient risk scoring and intervention prioritization.
  • Specialty pharmacy performance analytics.
  • Hub operational analytics and case manager effectiveness measurement.
  • Payer denial trend analysis and access barrier identification.
  • Next best action recommendations for patient support teams.
  • AI-powered patient services intelligence, and agentic case triaging and escalation.
  • Early warning systems for payer and access disruptions.

  • Translate operational challenges into scalable analytical solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Master's degree, MBA, or advanced degree preferred 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical analytics, patient services analytics, consulting, or related life sciences roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading client-facing engagements and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
