Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned BI/Analytics leader to drive data-driven decision making across Pharma/Life Sciences projects in the United States. You will design dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik Sense, while guiding executive-level discussions on analytics strategy and AI adoption.

You will mentor junior colleagues, analyze diverse pharma datasets, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of BI, analytics, data warehousing, or data engineering experience.
• Strong Pharma/Life Sciences domain experience mandatory.
• Proficient in BI reporting and visualization tools.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with patient, sales, field force, or omnichannel analytics.
• Excellent client interaction and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead discussions and recommend scalable BI/AI solutions.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI and AI-driven analytics initiatives across Pharma/Life Sciences projects.
• Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions using BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
• Drive client discussions, solution workshops, and executive presentations on analytics, AI adoption, and reporting strategies.
• Recommend innovative BI/AI approaches to improve decision-making, automation, forecasting, and insights.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients for analytics transformation and AI-driven reporting initiatives.
• Analyze pharma commercial, patient, sales, marketing, and omnichannel datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical and functional guidance.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership and business teams.
