Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 4+ years of relevant experience in pharma or life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial functions (Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, BI/Reporting).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; proficient Word.
• Experience with SAS, Python, R, or VBA.
• Tableau or Power BI experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams & manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with pharma data analytics best practices.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams in designing and developing high-quality client deliverables
• Provide strategic advice on project direction, resource management, and timelines
• Perform key data analytics tasks supporting internal teams and clients
• Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, approach, and development strategies
• Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights
• Communicate results to internal and external teams
• Independently manage projects, client communications, meetings, and timelines as a primary point of contact
• Develop and optimize data processes, using coding as needed for efficient data handling and reporting
• Coordinate with global and diverse teams for seamless project execution
• Participate in business development and internal firm initiatives
• Mentor and guide junior team members and oversee their professional development
• Provide thought leadership and guide internal stakeholders toward project success in pharmaceutical and life sciences commercial projects
