Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare analytics or related analytical discipline.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations.
• Strong experience with healthcare/pharma datasets (claims, patient-level, payer, etc.).
• Hands-on SQL and modern analytics platforms; able to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: neurology/pharma/Alzheimer's experience; familiarity with industry datasets.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States as an E-Verify employee.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing, sales, market access, and franchise leadership to deliver analytics.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches that drive action and measurable impact.
• Support commercial planning through analysis of market dynamics, customer behavior, and performance.
• Design and execute analytics evaluating promotion effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Leverage healthcare datasets (claims, payer, longitudinal data) to generate insights.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Collaborate with data/tech teams to improve capabilities and automate reporting.
• Communicate complex analyses to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders with fact-based storytelling.
• Ensure data governance and high-quality analytics practices.
