Job summary

Publicis Groupe in New York is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large marketing and advertising programs, ensuring margin, delivery efficiency and quality.

You will manage multi-channel campaigns and collaborate with Creative, Client Services, Finance, Strategy, Data and Analytics, and Technology to drive successful outcomes. 4–6 years PM experience in creative services is required, with familiarity using Smartsheet, Workfront and Teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years program management experience in a creative services organization.
• Health or Pharma Advertising Experience is required.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with traditional, digital, social, broadcast, OOH, radio and print deliverables.
• Experience adapting project management methodologies (Agile & Waterfall) to project needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage large projects independently from initiation through completion.
• Partner with Creative to shepherd and manage the evolution of creative work, ensuring quality from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with Resource Management, Production, and Technology to ensure connections and collaborations for innovative ideas.
• Implement processes, workflows and tools to support profitable delivery of client work.
• Proactively manage risks with clear communication, mitigation planning and crisis management.
• Oversee multiple concurrent large-scale projects totaling over $4–8MM annually.
