Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Account Manager III to work on-site in Mettawa, Illinois (60045) with a hybrid 3x in-office schedule. The role serves as the primary liaison between the Company Ad Agency and brand teams, providing strategic direction to help brands meet objectives.

You will collaborate with creative staff and external resources, manage budgets and timelines, and develop annual forecasts to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree required.
Pharmaceutical ad agency experience or in-house agency experience required within the last 5+ years.
Total account management experience – minimum of 10 years.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between the Company Ad Agency and the brand teams and manage day-to-day relationships within the Agency.
Provide strategic direction and counsel to help the brand teams meet business objectives/sales goals.
Collaborate with the Agency’s creative staff and external resources/suppliers to execute campaigns on time and within budget.
Develop annual forecasts and conduct financial reconciliations monthly.
Track time and ensure timely, accurate communications across stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor degree
