AbelsonTaylor Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee day-to-day brand operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality. You will mentor PMs and APMs, lead client discussions, and optimize workflows using WMJ, Workfront, and Excel.

The role entails managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional meetings, with opportunities for growth in a hybrid Chicago setting and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising/marketing and/or communications.
• 6+ years of agency or client pharma experience.
• Experience managing projects across multiple mediums (digital, video).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile projects with unique tech, processes or workflows.
• Supervise APMs on routing, approvals, and client change docs.
• Manage budgets and timelines; monitor scope and changes.
• Lead client discussions; provide insights on deliverables and contingencies.
• Utilize project management software (WMJ, Workfront, Excel) to automate tasks.
• Prepare conference reports and cross-functional meeting briefs.
• Oversee weekly/monthly client financial reporting and updates to senior management.
• Manage onboarding, training, and performance reviews for APMs.
