Cella by Randstad Digital in Mettawa, IL is seeking a Senior Pharmaceutical Account Manager to bridge brand teams and creative specialists on multi-million-dollar campaigns.

You will consult with brand teams, manage end-to-end campaigns ensuring regulatory compliance and budget alignment, and collaborate across medical, legal, and creative partners to deliver on-time results in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of account management in an ad agency.

As a Senior Pharmaceutical Account Manager, you will serve as a high-visibility consultative partner, bridging the gap between internal brand teams and creative specialists to execute multi-million-dollar campaigns. Responsibilities

• Consult with brand teams to translate complex business objectives into strategic creative briefs and high-impact promotional campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution from concept through completion to ensure alignment with brand standards, regulatory compliance, and budget parameters.
• Partner with cross-functional creative, medical, and legal teams to streamline workflows and drive on-time delivery across multi-channel initiatives.
• Direct monthly financial reconciliations and annual forecasting to maximize account growth and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of account management experience within an advertising agency, directly managing multi-million-dollar client accounts.
• Proven track record in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector, with a deep understanding of medical/regulatory/legal (MLR) review processes and PromoMats.
• Demonstrated expertise leading digital solutions, omni-channel campaigns, and integrated brand strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, combined with exceptional strategic communication and consultative relationship-building skills.
