Job summary

Clarity Innovations, LLC is seeking a seasoned Personnel Security Team Lead to guide daily operations for cleared facilities and government contracts. You will own security processing, eligibility verification, access management, and reporting in a fast-paced DoD/IC environment.

You will lead a team, establish standardized workflows, monitor workload, and drive improvements to ensure timely, compliant support across multiple programs and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in personnel security.
• Experience administering personnel security under NISPOM.
• Advanced knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 and SEAD requirements.
• Hands-on experience with DISS, NBIS, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily personnel security activities for cleared facilities and programs.
• Oversee full lifecycle of personnel security processing and eligibility verification.
• Ensure actions are compliant with government regulations and customer directives.
• Develop and maintain standardized workflows, checklists, and procedures.
• Monitor requests, priorities, and workload distribution across the team.
• Provide status updates and workload assessments to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce delays.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, and government representatives on onboarding.
