Job summary

Clarity Innovations, LLC is seeking a seasoned Corporate Program Security Officer to oversee security requirements for its classified contract portfolio across DoD/IC environments. This role reports to the Director of Security and coordinates with program management, PSOs, and government security representatives to ensure compliant, ready operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of industrial security experience.
Experience coordinating security requirements across multiple classified programs.
Strong knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs, and applicable security requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide centralized oversight and coordination of security operations across multiple classified programs and government customers.
Ensure compliance with security requirements and corporate policies.
Serve as the primary corporate security liaison to executives, program management, and PSOs.
Develop and maintain standardized security processes, templates, and reporting mechanisms.
Coordinate with security personnel to ensure continuity of security support and regulatory compliance.
Identify deficiencies and develop corrective action plans.
Support security planning for new contracts, proposals, transitions, and program expansions.
