Qualifications

• Experience reviewing personnel programs and evaluating administration.
• Experience with recruitment processes and interviews.
• Proficient in generating data-driven reports on workforce trends.
• Proficient with MS Office and ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Review personnel programs and administer policies.
• Install and modify reporting systems to assess performance.
• Review operations to improve effectiveness and controls.
• Provide information and assistance to management, employees, union representatives, and the public.
• Engage in recruitment efforts and interview processes.
• Assist in onboarding and new-employee orientation.
• Develop and deliver personnel-related training presentations.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
