Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or related field.
• Strong understanding of the product development life cycle.
• Experience with discovery, requirements definition, and backlog management.
• Familiarity with data platforms and analytics (SQL, Python).
• Ability to deliver AI-powered personalization with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities via user research and discovery.
• Plan upstream and downstream implications of features on the product experience.
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform roadmaps.
• Analyze product metrics across development life cycle.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories for development.
• Define contracts, SLAs, and guardrails with channel teams for safe experiences.
• Support personalization initiatives with hypothesis framing and experiment design.
• Translate research into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria; manage backlog from discovery to launch.
• Coordinate with data scientists and engineers across design, training, deployment and monitoring.
• Capture requirements for context/signals and track product metrics.
