Job summary

Turning Point of Central California, Inc. seeks a Supervising Personal Service Coordinator to lead PSCs/Case Managers and Mental Health Specialists.

You will oversee program services, provide direct case management, and ensure adherence to Medi-Cal/Cal-AIM guidelines across documentation and reporting. The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, supervisory experience, and strong English communication with Spanish bilingual ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, vocational rehabilitation, criminal justice, or related field.
• Experience supervising staff and program administration preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in record keeping and client confidentiality.
• Current CPR/First Aid training or ability to obtain.
• English communication skills required; Spanish bilingual ability strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Personal Service Coordinators/Case Managers and Mental Health Specialists.
• Provide direct treatment and case management services to clients.
• Ensure documentation, billing, and reporting comply with Medi‑Cal/Cal-AIM and contract requirements.
• Train staff on policies, procedures, and client confidentiality.
• Prepare monthly program reports and collaborate with community agencies.
