Job summary

Turning Point of Central California, Inc. seeks a Supervising Personal Service Coordinator to lead and coordinate Personal Service Coordinators/Case Managers and Mental Health Specialists.

The role includes direct treatment and case management services to clients in a dynamic program. Responsibilities cover staff supervision, program development, documentation, reporting, and compliance with Medi-Cal/Cal-AIMs guidelines, with emphasis on collaboration with the Program Director and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required or similar.
• Two years’ experience in Mental Health Specialist/Case Manager or similar preferred.
• Supervision and program administration experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in record keeping and confidentiality according to policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supervising Personal Service Coordinator role and oversee activities of coordinators and specialists.
• Provide direct services and case management to clients as needed.
• Ensure documentation, billing, and compliance with Medi-Cal/Cal-AIMs guidelines.
