Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• CPCU or CIC or ARM designation or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, enhancement, and management of personal lines products throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinate product forms, filings, and regulatory compliance with state regulators.
• Partner with underwriting, operations, claims, and technology to ensure profitable and competitive products.
• Develop product roadmaps aligned with strategy and growth objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements for profitability and customer value.
• Lead cross-functional product initiatives from concept to implementation and launch.
