Qualifications

• 8+ years of underwriting experience, with homeowners focus.
• 2-5 years of leadership or management experience overseeing underwriting teams.
• Experience with rate, rule, and form filings and regulator interactions.
• Experience in an MGA, carrier, or specialty insurer.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Personal Lines underwriters.
• Manage profitability, growth, and underwriting strategy for the Personal Lines portfolio.
• Oversee rate and form filings with state insurance departments.
