Capgemini is seeking a Senior Property & Casualty Insurance Product Manager for Personal Lines with deep expertise in product rationalization, development, run-offs, and regulatory strategy. The role focuses on leveraging InsurTech, AI, and data analytics to modernize personal lines portfolios and pricing.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage regulatory filings, and drive digital transformation initiatives for top U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or related field.
5+ years in P&C insurance product management, consulting, or strategy roles.
CPCU, AINS, ARM, Lean Six Sigma or PMP certifications preferred.
Strong expertise in personal lines pricing, underwriting, and compliance.
Familiarity with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco; data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to top-tier insurers on personal lines products, including homeowners, auto, renters, and umbrella.
Lead product rationalization efforts to reduce complexity and improve profitability.
Drive new product development using telematics, UBI, embedded insurance, and AI-driven pricing models.
Develop and implement product run-off strategies with regulatory alignment.
Guide regulatory advisory initiatives aligning with state regulations and NAIC model laws.
