Qualifications

• 7+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
• Proven leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Personal Lines products, coverage, and agency operations.
• Active Property & Casualty license with required continuing education.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain relationships with an existing Personal Lines book of business.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to Personal Lines team members.
• Assist consultants with account acquisition, servicing, and carrier quoting.
• Hire, train, onboard, and develop new team members.
• Serve as a resource for technical questions, problem-solving, and complex client needs.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and help ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely service.
• Manage departmental projects and implement new initiatives.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and participate in compensation discussions.
• Evaluate team workloads and allocate resources to maintain efficiency and service levels.
• Develop and improve department procedures, workflows, and processes.
• Manage Personal Lines carrier relationships.
• Evaluate technology and outsourcing opportunities designed to improve efficiency.
• Lead monthly department meetings and communicate important updates and initiatives.
• Coordinate continuing education and professional development opportunities.
• Represent the Personal Lines team on company-wide innovation initiatives.
