Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our insurance team in a full-time role in Long Beach, CA. You will handle client inquiries, policy changes, renewals and coverage explanations while coordinating with multiple carriers and maintaining precise client records.

Ideal candidates possess a P&C license, at least five years in personal lines, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a personal lines insurance agency role.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience with an independent insurance agency and applied systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and committed to ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service with policy questions, coverage explanations and service requests.
• Review and process daily account activity including policy changes, notices and certificates.
• Review policies for accuracy and prepare for producer delivery or client distribution.
• Prepare renewal summaries and update renewal data in the agency system.
• Quote personal lines coverage with multiple carriers and process EOIs and policy documents.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
• Complete additional duties in a timely and efficient manner.
