World Insurance Associates is seeking an experienced Client Service professional to independently manage renewals, advise on coverage, and liaise with carriers. The role emphasizes proactive renewal messaging, account rounding, and leveraging agency systems to maintain accurate policy details.

The candidate will handle renewals, endorsements, and invoices while ensuring high standard client service and timely communication, within a fast-paced environment in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of Personal Property & Casualty experience expected.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty license.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes.
• Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket.
• Make coverage recommendations.
• Utilize comparison/rater tools to obtain quotes.
• Transact agency billing where applicable.
• Obtain signed bindings and notify carriers.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
